# forget password and want to reset

저는 평생회원(라이프타임 멤버십)인데 비밀번호를 잊어버려서 재설정할 수 있는 곳을 찾지 못하고 있습니다.

이미 이메일을 두 번 보냈고 여기에도 남겼는데 계속 답변을 받지 못해 답답한 상황입니다.

I'm a lifetime member, and I've forgotten my password, but there's no option anywhere to reset it.

This is now the third time I'm reaching out — I've sent two emails and posted here as well, with zero response each time. 

Frankly, this level of silence for a paying member is unacceptable.I expect a real reply this time.
